Sandy can quote you on travel deals that include flights and hotel arrangements at either the Fairmont or other resorts that are close by at discounted rates.  Other nearby resorts include Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows, Hilton Grand Vacations Kohala Suites at Waikoloa Beach Resort, Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel, Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, and the Hilton Waikoloa Village.  THESE RESORTS CURRENTLY AVERAGE $215-300/NIGHT the week of the wedding.  Sandy may be able to get even better deals with flights.

There are two airports close to the resort Fairmont, Orchid:  Kona and Hilo International Airport.  Kona is much closer, about a 40 minutes drive, but the scenery is more barren and volcanic.  Flying into Hilo you will see more green and lush foliage but the drive is about 1 1/2 hour drive.
